吴建辉,男, 1987年1月出生,吉林洮南人,农学博士,作物遗传育种专业,副教授,博士生导师,西北农林科技大学红杏无限破解版入口植物科学系/旱区作物逆境生物学国家重点实验室。

二、学习工作经历

2011年6月毕业于西北农林科技大学红杏无限破解版入口农学专业,获农学学士学位,2017年6月毕业于西北农林科技大学植物保护学院植物病理专业,获农学博士学位。同年7月受聘于旱区作物与逆境生物学学科群,从事科学研究工作。2019年1月进入西北农林科技大学生命科学学院生物学流动站开展博士后研究,2020年7月留校任教,同期被聘为副教授。

三、研究方向

综合农学、生命科学和信息科学等多个学科,重点开展:

(1)小麦田间生物学性状表型的高通量精准鉴定,基因组与表型组关联分析(GPWAS)及关键功能基因挖掘;

(1)小麦抗条锈病性状的遗传与分子基础;

(2)探索作物分子设计育种理论方法,构建分子育种技术体系。

四、本科教学课程

承担本科生《植物表型组学》、《精准作物表型》、《农业生物技术》、《植物生物技术综合实践》以及《遗传学》等课程。
